I had a lovely stay at Jesmond Dene House, which featured a beautiful old manor and picturesque surroundings perfect for a stroll. However, the high prices left me a bit dissatisfied, especially since some of the room's amenities didn't quite meet my expectations. The food was absolutely excellent, but the service didn't match up at times.

My stay at Jesmond Dene House was a mix of good experiences and a few disappointments. The staff's really good service genuinely made me feel valued, showcasing the hotel's commitment to customer care. The location is unbeatable, being so close to beautiful woodland walks, but some dining experiences did not meet my expectations, particularly during breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely stay but there is room for improvement, especially in the dining department. 🌟
